organize your training programs with all the back-up information that you
require, at your finger tips.

1. E-learning Platform
WebWSIT allows companies to use existing training
materials such as PowerPoint within its structure to create a complete
e-learning
platform at a fraction of the cost of in-house development.
2. Reports
We have provided you with 5 reports ...
Inspector's Report:
Provides a list, by location, department,
or employee, of the last test results for each subject taken including
date, score and
pass/fail.
This report can also be sorted by time frame.
Test Issued Dates & Pass/Fail Status
Report:
This report gives the administrator an
employee list of tests assigned including date assigned and whether the
employee has passed the test. The report can be called up by location,
department or individual.
Individual Employee Test Results Profile Report:
Provides an individual's data including
location,department, date of test , name of test , score, pass/fail and
questions answered incorrectly.
User Licence Status Report:
Provides a list of employee User Licence start and
expiry dates, and can be called up by location, department or individual.
Individual Study Time Report:
Shows how much time an individual has spent in the
“Course” section of WebWSIT.
This report can be sorted by time frame.
3. FREE Upgrades
All new courses and Workplace Safety Information is
automatically added to WebWSIT when completed and there is no additional
charge.
4. Multiple Location
Administration
WebWSIT allows multiple location organizations to have
administrators for each jurisdiction while under the overall mangement of
head office.
5. Automatic System Management
Because WebWSIT is web based and resides on Sundown’s
servers, all data is backed up automatically and the system is managed for
you. No costly IT department involvement.

7. Library of 100's of
Questions
WebWSIT comes with default tests built in for each
subject, including your choice of 4 WHMIS tests.
However, you can draw from the library of hundreds of questions to create
your own tests or use questions you create yourself as well.
8. Create your Own Questions
You can create as many custom questions as you wish in
both true/false or multiple choice mode and with WebWSIT you can even add
your own digital pictures and sound clips to your questions and answers.
9. Creating Your Own Tests
You can create any number of tests for any number of
subjects.
Suggestion:
If your company has a welding department, create a new test “WHMIS Test
for Welders”. This could use components from one of our default tests plus
5 or 10 questions that you have created that are related to welding safety
and compressed gases at your company.
You can set the pass % rate for each test.
10. Certificates
WebWSIT allows you to generate an 8.5” x 11”
certificate for any course test that has been passed by an individual.
11. Provides Due Diligence
WebWSIT complies with WHMIS requirements for generic
classroom training and CSA standards for Lift Truck training theory. Our
Report Maker feature verifies the employee’s knowledge retention and
understanding for these and all other courses.
12. Fees are User Based
Provides you with the ability to budget to suit your
needs.
13. Programs can be Customized.
Provides opportunity to illustrate company specific
situations with pictures, text and voice-over.
